| After listing a number of items in our store, I went into the "Store Pages" section to enter our "Shipping Information." I typed a multi-paragraph description of our shipping, handling and return information, clicked on "Save" and it doesn't seems to show up in the actual store under the "Shipping Info" tab. This was about 15 minutes ago. Should I just check later, or did I do something wrong? Kim, Tradermick's Gallery... |
| I also listed my shipping options about 20 minutes ago, when I finished a page popped up and said that the information could not be excepted for several different reason and for me to check cack in a few minutes. I did and there was nothing there I guess I lost everything and I did not save it. Darn... |

| Are my seller fees still free... |
| Greetings, I apologize for any confusion during the updates... our first 2000 users will still have no fees. We are still working on getting everything straightened our with the new GozBay and I we will send out an e-mail once everything is finished.

| Are the banner fees also part of the free for life benefit for Preferred Sellers? It doesn't appear to be, just it takes you straight to the paypal or google checkout.

| Can anyone tell me when you set up your store, and then do your auctions, can you have more than 1 category for your store without it bumping you out of category searches or glitches? | Stores do not show up in the lists until they have items in them.Without any specifics regarding listing problems we can't say what is wrong with your postings though many are successfully posting items now.Funky_J_MonkyGlobal Forum Moderator... |

| Think you mean upload (to GozBay).Simply click on the "Browse" button and find your picture on your local computer to upload it.Make sure it fits within the maximum size allowed noted at the bottom of the picture section and always optimze pictures to be as small as they can be without sacrificing detail.First picture will be the thumbnail shown with the item but you can upload more as well that will show in a slide show format on the item page.Funky_J_Monky

| Hi, can anyone tell me where you find a copy of the invoice you sent thru Paypal? I know, as we all probably do, on the "other site" you can view the edited invoice and I can't seem to find it anywhere, not on Paypal or in "my selling" or "Sold Items". The one I am talking is the final invoice, which is sent to the customer after you have made your revisions. Is this the way you send them or do you have to go to Paypal and create an invoice under Merchant Services? Thanks so much ~ Mimi... |

| There should be a place under the page "Selling Preferences", in your store area.T here are many payment options there, along with Paypal. I guess you could "unclick" it and might not show the Paypal logo. Mimi... |
